The club is now part of the Nugget Casinos family of 13 casinos in northern Nevada.

Conveniently located just off Highway 50, the MAC Multi-Purpose Athletic Center Facility is a 41,000 square-foot indoor athletic facility. It includes four high school basketball courts, two collegiate size basketball courts, and more.
